YouTube Data We Access
When you connect your YouTube account, we access the following data through the YouTube API:

- Video library: Video titles, descriptions, publish dates, thumbnails, and video IDs
- Video analytics: View counts, watch time, engagement metrics (likes, comments), and audience demographics
- Revenue data: AdSense estimated earnings associated with your videos
How We Use Your Information

- Display your channel and video information within the Gamut app
- Track video performance metrics for sponsorship reporting to brand partners
- Attribute AdSense revenue to specific videos and brand deals
- Help you understand total earnings per sponsorship
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services

- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
Data Storage and Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information:
- Your data is stored securely on servers in the United States
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest
- We use HTTPS for all data transmission
- We retain your data until you disconnect your account or request deletion

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Your YouTube data is used solely to provide the Gamut service to you. We do not:

Google API Services User Data Policy
Gamut's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Deletion and Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data:
- Disconnect YouTube: You can disconnect your YouTube account at any time from your Settings page. This will revoke our access to your YouTube data and delete your stored YouTube data from our systems.
- Delete Account: You can request complete deletion of your Gamut account and all associated data by contacting us.
- Data Export: You can request a copy of your data by contacting us.
You can also revoke Gamut's access to your YouTube data at any time through your Google Account permissions page.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
